Prevent aging of your maxillofacial structures (and the rest of your body) with NMN?

Any time someone claims to have found the fountain of youth it’s probably a good idea to take a minute and check it out.

NMN or nicotinamide mononucleotide is a naturally occurring compound that produces NAD, or nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide.  As your age marches on, your body produces less NAD. And when NMN levels drop with age, whole body inflammation rises.  In a recent experiment, scientists were able to get old mice to look and behave more like young mice.  Mice that had NMN added to their water had much more energy, muscle and bone mass, and exercise endurance than the mice who were not given NMN in their water.  The list of benefits didn’t stop there.  The mice who drank NMN water also had better eyesight, better immune function, better insulin sensitivity (no diabetes), lower body weight, lower cholesterol and triglycerides, and less activation of aging genes.  Next stop, humans!

NMN sounds like it could be a wonderful substance.  You’re going to find it in vegetables, the 6 top foods being cucumber, broccoli, edamame, tomato, cabbage and avocado.
