Stephen Fassman

Doctor of Dental Medicine
(DMD)

Biography

For over 35 years, Dr. Fassman has built and maintained a successful, full time, general dentistry practice in midtown Manhattan. During this time, he has held staff and teaching positions at several major NYC Medical Centers, which include Beth Israel Medical Center, where he taught in their General Practice & Pediatric Residency Program, The Orthopedic Institute – Hospital For Joint Diseases, and NYU Langone Medical Center.

Dr. Fassman’s NYU position, which began in 1993, included providing dental care to patients under care at the hospital, as well as providing out-patient care to patients with medical, emotional, or physical challenges and handicaps, due to illness, injury, or post-surgical complications.

Dr. Fassman’s family moved to Warwick 7 years ago. It didn’t take him long to realize how much he wanted to leave the city and become a country dentist. After meeting with Dr. King and Dr. Neuhaus, he became “the new kid on the block” last July, as he joined Chester Dental Associates. He remarks, “Their philosophy, the quality of the services offered, the staff and how everyone joins together as a team, reminded me so much of my own NYC practice, it immediately felt “like home, sweet home.”
